Tutari GmbH ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect​

  • Data you provide directly through the contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number and message.
  • Technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the date and time of access, to deliver and secure the website.

How we use your data​

We use the data you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about our products and services. Technical data is used to operate, secure and improve the website.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Hosting​

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using AWS Amplify Hosting, which serves the site through a global content-delivery network. Data (such as server-log data) may be processed on servers located outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Contact form delivery​

Messages submitted through the contact form are processed within our own Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. An AWS Lambda function sends your message to us by email using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). No separate third-party form service is used. The data you enter is used only to deliver your enquiry to us and to respond to it.

Cookies​

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering your light or dark theme preference).

Data retention​

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with any applicable legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights​

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@tutari.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Data security​

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Please note that transmission of data over the internet can never be guaranteed to be completely secure.
